Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of cardiac ultrasound training program required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic echocardiograms, TEE, stress echo, and advanced procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Maintains patient medical records and organizes reporting stages (study completion, interpretation, final report).
• Explains procedures and potential side effects to patients/families, and collaborates with physicians to ensure quality care.
• Takes call, works weekends and rotates holidays as needed.
