Advocate Health is seeking a Cardiac Echo Technologist in Charlotte, NC, within the Echocardiography department. The role focuses on performing echocardiograms, TEE, and stress echo with emphasis on patient safety and accurate reporting.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; completion of a cardiac ultrasound training program required.
• Certification/registry in Echocardiography (RDCS) required; BLS required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs diagnostic echocardiograms, TEE, stress echo, and advanced procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Maintains patient medical records and organises reporting stages: study completion, interpretation, and final report.
• Explains procedures and potential side effects to patients or families; collaborates with physicians to ensure quality care.
• Takes call, works weekends and rotates holidays as needed; acts as a clinical resource and preceptor for others.
