• Track record of new logo acquisition and consultative selling.
• Strong understanding of card ecosystems and issuer processing.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with regional and community banks.
• Lead discovery conversations on portfolio growth, cardholder engagement, and digital transformation.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution.
• Develop executive relationships with retail banking and payments leaders.
• Collaborate with solution consultants to design tailored card strategies.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to senior banking stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close complex, consultative sales opportunities.
