FIS seeks a Senior Sales Executive for its Enterprise Payments team. You will drive growth by expanding strategic relationships, aligning FIS solutions to payment challenges, and leading complex multi-stakeholder deals across markets.

This role requires deep payments industry expertise and a proven track record in consultative selling. You will forecast, build pipelines, and mentor peers while collaborating with product and delivery teams to deliver client value.

Formación

• Experience selling payments, card processing, merchant acquiring, issuer, or network solutions.
• Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and revenue growth.
• Experience with major payment networks or fintech organizations.
• Ability to influence C-suite and senior executives.
• Strong skills in account planning, pipeline management, and complex negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow payments revenue within assigned markets and accounts.
• Build executive-level relationships with payments ecosystem stakeholders.
• Identify client business challenges and align FIS payment solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with product, solution consulting, and delivery teams to create compelling client proposals.
• Maintain a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging payment trends, network innovations, and digital commerce opportunities.
• Coach and mentor junior sales peers within an agile sales team environment
• Accurately manage forecasts, account plans, pipeline activity, and client engagement using CRM tools.
