FIS is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth for debit issuing solutions among regional and community banks. You will originate opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and engage executives to position FIS offerings as strategic growth drivers.

The role demands high outbound activity, robust discovery, and the ability to close complex, consultative deals while traveling as needed. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling debit issuing, debit processing, or payments to regional/community banks.
• Proven ability to self-source opportunities and build a pipeline.
• Track record of new logo acquisition and consultative selling.
• Strong understanding of debit card ecosystems and issuer processing.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Manage a healthy pipeline focusing on net-new regional/community bank clients.
• Identify opportunities to modernize debit card programs.
• Lead discovery conversations on card portfolio growth and fraud mitigation.
• Own full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution.
• Develop executive relationships with banking leaders.
• Collaborate with solution consultants to design debit strategies.
• Deliver presentations and business cases to senior stakeholders.
• Close complex sales in a consultative environment.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
