FIS is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth in card issuing and payments for regional and community banks. You will build a pipeline from the ground up, pursue net-new clients, and position issuer processing, card management, and payments solutions as strategic growth drivers.

This hunter role requires high outbound activity, strong discovery skills, and the ability to engage executive stakeholders across retail banking, payments, and operations.

Qualificações

• Experience selling card issuing/processing solutions to regional banks.
• Proven self-sourcing and pipeline-building capability.
• Track record of new logo acquisition and consultative selling.
• Understanding of card ecosystems, issuer processing and payments.
• Ability to engage senior banking stakeholders and negotiate.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, referrals.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline targeting regional banks.
• Identify opportunities to modernize and grow card portfolios.
• Lead discovery conversations on growth, efficiency, and fraud mitigation.
• Position FIS solutions as drivers of revenue and differentiation.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution.
• Develop executive relationships with banking leaders.
• Collaborate with consultants and product partners on tailored strategies.
• Deliver compelling presentations and business cases to senior stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close complex consultative deals.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
• Represent FIS at industry events and conferences.
