Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems invites a Senior Manager, Capture Management 3 (LED) to lead end-to-end capture activities for major opportunities. You will drive strategy, win themes, and pricing analyses while coordinating with cross-functional teams across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical field, or another relevant discipline.
Experience leading cross-disciplinary business development, proposal, or capture teams.
Experience using Salesforce and following the BAP.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional capture teams to plan and execute end-to-end capture activities.
Develop and execute capture strategies and tactics, including win themes and price-to-win analyses.
Formulate clear win themes and value propositions for each capture initiative.
Analyze customer needs, market drivers, and stakeholders to inform capture strategy.
Coordinate with line-of-business leadership, finance, contracts, and engineering; maintain relationships with stakeholders.
