Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Senior Manager, Capture Management 3 to lead strategic capture efforts for the Launch and Exploration Division. This role will drive end-to-end capture activities, shaping strategies, pricing, and teaming to win large opportunities across multiple sites.

You will lead diverse teams, brief executives, and collaborate across functions including finance, contracts, and engineering. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical field, or another relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in government or defense industry.
• Proven track record in leading cross-disciplinary capture teams.
• Experience with full-cycle capture activities including strategy, resource planning, and customer engagement.
• Experience using Salesforce and following the BAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional capture teams to plan and execute end-to-end capture activities for major opportunities.
• Develop and execute capture strategies and tactics that result in competitive assessments, effective teaming strategies, and robust prices-to-win analyses.
• Formulate Win Themes and Value Propositions for each capture initiative.
• Coordinate with line-of-business leadership, finance, contracts, and engineering to drive wins.
