Responsibilities

• Lead capture efforts to secure new opportunities, re-compete contracts, or task orders.
• Architect technical and business strategy, conduct price-to-win analyses.
• Coordinate with government relations, internal teams, and partners.
• Drive bid/proposal activities and lead teams to win contracts.
• Develop and execute capture plans, assess competitors, and shape customer strategy.
