Job summary

Hylant is seeking an Account Executive to lead a captive account management team, oversee client relationships, and drive performance. You will coach a team of account managers, serve as a strategic advisor to clients, and present results to boards and executives.

Responsibilities include driving growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with auditors and regulators to support client objectives. This role requires travel and to be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Seven+ years in captive insurance, auditing, risk management, or captive management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, engage, and manage a team of account managers in talent functions and performance management.
• Serve as executive relationship manager for captive clients, providing strategic guidance.
• Lead client, board, and stakeholder meetings with financial and operational results.
• Oversee complex client engagements and identify opportunities to enhance value.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and compliance deadlines.
• Provide executive oversight of financial reporting, regulatory filings, and risk management.
• Collaborate with auditors, actuaries, regulators, and other service providers.
• Support business growth through client retention, proposals, and industry thought leadership.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
