Job summary

Hylant is seeking an Account Executive to lead a team of captive account managers and serve as the senior advisor to key captive clients in the United States. You will guide operations, governance, and financial performance while driving client value and service delivery across complex engagements.

You will present to boards and executives, manage commitments, and help grow the business through retention, expansion, and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Seven+ years of captive insurance, auditing, risk management, or captive management experience.
• CPA, CPCU, ACIA, ARM, ACI, or other relevant professional designations preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead, engage, and manage a team of account managers in talent functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Serve as executive relationship manager and trusted advisor for captive clients on operations, governance, and financial performance.
• Present financial and operational results to clients and stakeholders; drive informed decision-making.
• Oversee complex client engagements; resolve escalated issues and identify value opportunities.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, quality standards, and deadlines compliance.
• Provide executive oversight of financial reporting, regulatory filings, risk management, and domicile compliance.
