Job summary

GAF is seeking a highly organized HR Shared Services Manager to define, lead, and optimize the end-to-end candidate experience with a focus on self-service. This role ensures a world-class, white-glove experience for candidates and stakeholders, leveraging ATS proficiency and data analytics.

You will mentor a team of candidate experience specialists, manage complex interview logistics (including international/virtual), and report on KPIs to senior leadership while aligning with company values

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in HR Shared Services or high-volume recruitment support.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Experience optimizing end-to-end candidate experience workflows.
• Experience using ATS for process efficiency.
• Strong candidate communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and optimize end-to-end candidate experience strategies and ATS workflows.
• Lead and mentor a team of candidate experience specialists/coordinators.
• Coordinate complex interview scheduling, including international/virtual logistics.
• Ensure timely, transparent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Monitor candidate experience metrics and report to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Resolve complex problems guided by precedents.
• Align recruitment processes with company values and HR functions.
