GAF Materials Corp. seeks an HR Shared Services Manager to design and lead an exceptional candidate experience, leveraging ATS and self-service. You will mentor a specialist team, coordinate international interviews, and ensure transparent communication with candidates and hiring managers.

With 7+ years in HR Shared Services or high-volume recruiting, you will drive analytics, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement while aligning with HR and company values in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; advanced degree or certification desirable.
• 7+ years in HR Shared Services or high-volume recruitment support.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience with coordinators or specialists.
• Track record of optimizing end-to-end candidate experiences using ATS.
• Experience using data analytics to track KPIs and drive improvements.
• Strong candidate communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and operating in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and optimize end-to-end candidate experience strategies and workflows, including ATS.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of candidate experience specialists or coordinators.
• Oversee complex interview scheduling, including international and virtual logistics.
• Act as primary contact for timely, transparent candidate communication and feedback.
• Monitor candidate experience surveys, identify trends, and report to senior stakeholders.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Resolve complex problems guided by established precedents.
• Ensure recruitment processes align with company values and HR goals.
