Job summary

Peloton seeks a highly organized Candidate Experience Coordinator to support our Recruitment team in coordination, project management, and execution of talent acquisition and talent marketing efforts. You will collaborate with global teams and support all functions and geographies from our New York City headquarters.

You will coordinate interviews, manage scheduling with Candidate.FYI and Greenhouse, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience through the entire process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting coordination experience.
• Experience using Candidate.FYI for interview scheduling alongside Greenhouse ATS is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills across geographies.
• Customer-service oriented with collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a large volume of complex interviews across functions and geographies.
• Maintain high communication between hiring managers, candidates, and global stakeholders.
• Manage interview scheduling using Candidate.FYI and Greenhouse ATS.
• Update Peloton’s company pages and employer-branding sites.
• Ensure a seamless candidate interview experience from first contact through final step.
• Maintain reporting and data integrity in internal tools and ATS (Greenhouse).
• Liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters across time zones.
• Assist with planning recruiting events and campus meetups.
• Coordinate on-site interview logistics and office tours.
