Job summary

GAF is seeking a Senior HR Partner to lead HR functions across multiple sites for salaried, non-exempt, and hourly staff. You will partner with management on employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation & benefits while acting as an employee champion and change agent.

The role emphasizes program design, process standardization, and strategic HR initiatives in a dynamic environment with opportunities for impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; SHRM-CP preferred.
• 5+ years in exempt HR roles with multisite experience.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS (Workday preferred) and Google Suite.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and collaboration skills.
• Clear written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement people solutions aligned with strategies.
• Act as change agent to support organizational growth.
• Modernize and standardize HR processes across sites.
• Lead projects per the annual HR plan and join cross-functional initiatives.
• Support ER issues with leadership and policy guidance.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation for hourly and salaried staff.
• Provide high-quality HR service to all client groups and hourly teams.
