Qualifications

• 10+ years in hospitality, including restaurant front-line operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Leadership or equivalent entrepreneurial hospitality leadership.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate working financial comprehension to achieve cafe KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales to implement the cafe sales and marketing plan and drive entree growth.
• Mentor and coach junior management on financial goals and performance.
• Partner with the General Manager to set clear operating direction based on business insights.
• Ensure cross-department collaboration to deliver brand standards in all products and services.
• Assist GM in staffing and developing a high-performing team aligned with company values.
• Drive adherence to local and company initiatives while championing customer advocacy.
• Respond to guest feedback across social media and email to improve satisfaction.
• Attract and retain top talent and place staff in roles that maximize impact.
• Define goals and performance expectations using formal reviews and progress tracking.
