Hard Rock International is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager for the Cafe segment to drive sales and marketing initiatives that align with the overall operating strategy. You will support the Senior Leadership Team in upholding brand standards, while pursuing growth in entrées and guest satisfaction.

The role demands leadership in marketing spend, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver events that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales and marketing role preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Expertise in social media platforms.
• Background in music industry a plus.

Responsabilités

• Direct Cafe sales and marketing efforts aligned with the Cafe operating strategy.
• Support Senior Leadership Team in upholding brand standards and objectives.
• Develop sales strategies to generate year-over-year entrées growth.
• Manage marketing expenses in line with budget and forecast models.
• Partner across departments to ensure consistency of systems and processes.
• Market a multi-product business (restaurant, retail, live music, events) to varied guest profiles.
• Foster customer service where guests come first and brand standards are met.
• Lead meetings and events that exceed client expectations.
• Assist management in attracting and retaining top talent.
