Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the cafe operations in line with brand standards and financial goals. You will partner with the General Manager to drive performance across departments, mentor senior staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a track record in hospitality management, with a focus on staff development and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant front line operations.
• Bachelor's Business Degree or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working financial comprehension to achieve the cafe's key performance metrics.
• Work closely with Sales to execute the Cafe Sales & Marketing plan and achieve year-over-year entree growth.
• Mentor and coach junior management to understand the business goals.
• Collaborate with the GM to communicate clear operating direction based on business strengths and opportunities.
• Support the cafe staff across departments to ensure execution of brand standards.
• Assist in recruiting and developing a high-performing team of managers and hourly staff.
• Champion change and implement local and company initiatives successfully.
• Foster guest advocacy and ensure guest satisfaction meets brand standards.
