Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's Business Degree or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – verifiable by peers and prior supervisors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong problem solving skills and ability to diagnose and develop solutions.
• Aspires to serve as a Hard Rock General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assistant General Manager is the senior business leader in the Cafe supporting the General Manager while upholding brand standards and Owners’ objectives.
• Demonstrates working financial comprehension to achieve the Cafe’s performance metrics.
• Collaborates with Sales to execute the Cafe Sales & Marketing plan and drive entrée growth.
• Mentors and coaches junior management to understand financial goals.
• Works with all departments to ensure consistent execution of systems and processes.
