Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales, deliver tailored CAD/CAM demos, and translate customer needs into scalable manufacturing solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in solutions engineering within manufacturing software, hands-on CAD/CAM experience, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Background in architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry strongly preferred.
• ~3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through how CAD/CAM supports engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
