Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to connect our CAD/CAM product with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales and deliver demonstrations of CAD-driven design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.

We expect 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or technical consulting within manufacturing software, hands-on CAD/CAM experience (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors), ability to travel up to 25%, and comfort working remotely.

Qualifications

Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or related manufacturing industries.
3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within manufacturing software.
Hands-on CAD/CAM experience (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors).
Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM.
Lead tailored product demonstrations showing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, feeding feedback to leadership.
Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
