Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Business Reporting Analyst II to guide cross-functional reporting needs across Planning, Merchandising and Leadership. You will serve as the SME for Burlington reporting solutions, mentor junior analysts, and lead the development of new reporting tools and dashboards while ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams, translate business requirements into functional reporting changes, and maintain standards across templates and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Mentors Reporting Analyst I’s to create new reporting and dashboard solutions focused on timeliness and accuracy.
• Sets a high standard of accountability for self and others and supports company initiatives.
• Delivers high-quality customer service when assisting business users via BRG email communication.
• Reviews IT UAT requests for validation of reports and tools with documented test plans and scenarios.
• Provides accurate estimates for size and effort for BRG projects and translates requirements into functional reporting changes.

Responsibilities
