Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Business Reporting Analyst II to support Planning, Merchandising, and Leadership with robust reporting solutions. You will act as SME for Burlington reporting and mentor Junior Analysts while developing new dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely, accurate data delivery, partnering with IT for UAT validation, and maintaining templates, SOPs, and training materials. A strong BI toolkit and 5+ years in retail reporting are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail positions such as Merch Planning, Reporting, or Analysis.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy).

Responsibilities

• Mentor Reporting Analyst I teammates and lead the development of new reporting solutions.
• Deliver timely, accurate reports and dashboards for Planning, Merchandising, and Leadership teams.
• Coordinate with IT to validate UATs and translate business requirements into functional reports.
• Maintain and document reporting standards, templates, and training materials.
