Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Business Reporting Analyst II to guide cross-functional reporting for Planning, Merchandising, and Leadership teams. You will serve as a subject matter expert, mentor junior analysts, and lead the development of new reporting solutions, dashboards, and data quality initiatives.

You will review IT UAT requests, translate business requirements into functional reports, and collaborate with IT to ensure timely delivery of accurate insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in retail positions
• Experience with Merch Planning Systems
• Proficient in BI tools and Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Mentor Reporting Analyst I's and lead new reporting solutions
• Deliver high-quality, timely reports and dashboards
• Review IT UAT requests and provide documentation for test plans
• Translate business requirements into functional reporting changes
• Serve as SME between Business/Leadership and IT for project delivery
