Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients’ issues and follow through with commitments.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with individuals at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 100 business clients with annual revenue >$5MM; provide deposits and cash management solutions and manage credit opportunities up to ~$15MM.
• Deliver customized banking solutions and outstanding client experience.
• Promote solutions that meet client needs while ensuring portfolio profitability and risk management.
• Regularly conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients and referrals to grow relationships.
• Coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery of accounts and services.
• Adhere to risk controls and regulatory requirements.
