Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager to deepen client relationships and provide financial advice to a portfolio of large business clients. As a BRM Deepening banker in Business Banking, you will manage clients with annual revenue above $5M, focusing on deposits, cash management, credit opportunities up to $15M, and referrals to grow primary bank share.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate client issues, own problems on clients' behalf, and follow through with commitments.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all levels, with ability to influence and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15M.
• Deliver a best-in-class experience by offering customized business banking solutions.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote solutions that best serve the client and portfolio.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals and centers of influence to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver appropriate personal financial solutions and onboard clients smoothly.
