Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of 80–100 large business clients with revenue above $5 million. You will deepen relationships by offering deposits, cash management, and credit solutions while maintaining a strong risk posture.

You will regularly engage clients in person or virtually, deliver tailored financial advice, and collaborate with branch teams, Wealth Management, and Private Bank to expand primary banking relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services; knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of 80–100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M.
• Provide tailored business banking solutions including deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15M.
• Build relationships and deliver a high-touch client experience while managing risk.
