Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in San Antonio seeks a seasoned Business Relationship Manager Senior to deepen existing relationships and drive growth for clients with annual revenue >$5MM. You will manage 80–100 accounts, deepen deposits, and coordinate cross-sell opportunities across treasury and credit products.

You will provide high-touch financial guidance, nurture referrals, and maintain strong risk controls while expanding primary banking relationships with diverse business clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Strong knowledge of deposit/cash management products and commercial credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate client issues and follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen 80–100 business clients; support large credit deals up to $15M.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions aligned to client needs.
• Cultivate primary banking relationships via in-person/virtual calls at client sites.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank for personal solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
