Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a experienced Business Relationship Manager Senior to deepen client relationships in our Business Banking unit. You will manage a sizable portfolio, provide comprehensive banking and advisory solutions, and collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end services.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, risk management, and revenue growth with large business clients in a high-touch environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services; knowledge of business credit underwriting.
Ability to influence others and provide tailored financial solutions while assessing risk.

Responsibilities

Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of 80–100 business clients with annual revenue >$5MM; support credit opportunities up to ~$15MM.
Deliver customized banking solutions to Chase business clients based on their financial needs.
Develop relationships through in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals and centers of influence to grow primary banking relationships.
Coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver appropriate personal financial solutions.
