JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking to manage a portfolio of high-revenue clients. The role focuses on deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities while delivering a high-touch, compliant client experience.

You will use banking and financial knowledge to tailor solutions, deepen relationships, and secure referrals to grow primary banking share. Strong communication and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients’ issues, own problems on clients’ behalf, and follow through with commitments.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 100 business clients with annual revenue >$5MM; support credit opportunities up to ~$15 million.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and an outstanding client experience.
• Cultivate long-term primary banking relationships through in-person or virtual meetings at client sites.
