Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, plus commercial credit underwriting.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence others and use technology to interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 80-100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15M.
• Deliver an outstanding experience by tailoring banking solutions to clients’ financial needs and circumstances.
• Leverage knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to promote client-centric solutions and profitability.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals, and centers of influence to cultivate long‑term primary banking relationships.
• Understand owners’ personal financial goals and partner with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver appropriate personal solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end‑to‑end delivery of accounts and services; follow up for additional solutions and digital capabilities.
