Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending.
• Strong current business network and community involvement.
• Proactive, self-directed with negotiation and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building at all levels.
• Knowledge of deposit products, cash management, and business credit underwriting.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~40 business clients and ~60 prospects with annual revenue >$3M; provide deposits and cash management; support large credit deals up to $15M.
• Deliver an outstanding experience by offering customized business banking solutions.
• Grow portfolio by prospecting for new clients in expansion mode and leveraging referral networks.
• Develop strong internal referrals with Private Bank, Asset Wealth Management, Middle Market and One Chase.
• Leverage knowledge of businesses, markets, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Develop relationships with clients, prospects, and centers of influence via in-person/virtual calls.
• Understand owners’ personal financial goals and partner with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank for solutions.
• Coordinate with product specialists to onboard clients and deliver end-to-end services.
• Follow risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
