Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core products and services; understanding of industry variations.
• Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels; ability to build relationships.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and prioritize daily objectives.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100–130 business clients with $1–$5M revenue.
• Provide business deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500k.
• Deliver customized banking solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their business.
• Collaborate with partners across lines to meet client goals.
• Follow risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
