Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Acquisition banker to manage a portfolio of large business clients, delivering customized financial solutions and high-touch advisory services. You will develop new relationships, deepen existing ones, and coordinate with product specialists to onboard and service clients.

You will leverage a strong local network and deep knowledge of deposits, cash management, and credit products to drive growth while adhering to risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending role.
• Strong local business network and community involvement.
• Proactive, self-directed with strong judgment and ambiguity navigation.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of deposit, cash management, and business credit underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and deepen a portfolio of 40–50 business clients and 60 prospects with revenue >$3M; manage deposits, cash management, and credit up to $15M.
• Offer tailored Chase banking solutions and a high-touch client experience.
• Grow the portfolio by prospecting new clients through referrals and centers of influence.
• Develop internal partnerships with Private Bank, Wealth Management, and other teams to uncover opportunities.
• Leverage market knowledge to identify client needs and deliver appropriate financial solutions.
• Build relationships with owners through in-person/virtual meetings to understand personal and business goals.
• Collaborate with product teams to onboard new accounts end-to-end and ensure service excellence.
• Maintain risk controls and regulatory compliance.
