• Minimum 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Strong network and involvement in community organizations.
• Proven business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and leverage technology to service clients efficiently.
• Knowledge of deposit/cash management products and commercial credit basics.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~40 business clients and ~60 prospects with revenue >$3M.
• Provide business banking solutions, deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $15M.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience through tailored financial solutions.
• Grow the portfolio by prospecting and leveraging referral networks for new business.
• Partner with internal teams to onboard clients and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain risk controls and adhere to regulatory requirements.
