Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending role.
• Knowledge of deposit and cash management products; experience with commercial credit underwriting.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across levels; ability to influence and coordinate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with revenue >$5M; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15M; assist branch bankers on large credit deals.
• Deliver an outstanding experience by offering comprehensive, customized business banking solutions.
• Identify and promote solutions using knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management; leverage referrals to grow relationships.
• Regularly conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals and centers of influence to cultivate primary banking relationships.
• Understand owners' personal financial goals and coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver appropriate personal financial solutions.
• Utilize treasury product knowledge and coordinate with product specialists to onboard clients and deliver end-to-end services; follow up to identify additional solutions and digital capabilities.
• Protect the firm by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
