Intuit Inc. is seeking a Principal for Business Operations to act as a strategic and operational partner for our Mid-Market GTM organization. You will drive operating rhythms, planning processes, and cross-functional problem solving to scale and accelerate revenue outcomes.

You will partner with executives across product, tech, finance, analytics, and operations to improve efficiency and unlock operational scale through data-driven insights and clear narratives.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, planning, or related field, ideally in high growth or matrixed environments.
• Experience advising senior executives and supporting complex, high-stakes decisions.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of complex information into clear insights for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business operating rhythm from design through execution and management.
• Lead planning processes and define goals to support business and revenue outcomes.
• Identify operational gaps and develop scalable processes, tools, and capabilities.
• Solve high-priority business problems using structured analysis and executive-ready recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally with business leaders, product, tech, finance, analytics, and operations teams.
• Lead strategic initiatives with end-to-end ownership including tracking milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Build reports and mechanisms that improve visibility into operational performance.
