Job summary

PNC's Financial Wellness Solutions team seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager III to expand partnerships and close strategic opportunities. This role focuses on selling employer-sponsored financial wellness products and building trusted relationships with senior HR and benefits leaders.

Based in an in-office environment, you will coordinate with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and drive revenue growth across large corporate clients and targeted

Qualifications

• Experience in selling employer-sponsored benefit solutions (CDH, HSAs, FSAs, HRAs) and related platforms.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and lead end-to-end sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Sets client acquisition strategies across financial wellness solutions to grow revenue.
• Drives strategy to expand and retain client relationships and maximize share of wallet.
• Manages risk and ensures regulatory/commercial compliance in client engagements.
• Leads engagement with senior internal and external stakeholders to bring full bank solution set to clients.
• Develops market presence through networking with COIs, brokers and strategic partners.
• Travel within the territory to meet Relationship Managers, clients, and partners.
