Job summary

Truist in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Business Execution Analyst to own the delivery of complex workstreams, translate priorities into actionable plans, and produce leadership-ready analyses and dashboards. You will coordinate across Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, and Operations to ensure timely execution with strong data storytelling.

The role emphasizes autonomous execution, robust SQL querying, and the creation of executive‑level materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in business execution, operations, analytics, program delivery, consulting, or related roles.
• Ability to independently own and deliver complex work with limited oversight.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and synthesis skills; turn ambiguity into structured outputs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel, occasionally overnight.
• Hands‑on experience writing complex SQL queries against large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute complex workstreams or recurring business processes, owning delivery from problem definition through completion.
• Translate business priorities into concrete execution plans, deliverables, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
• Develop high‑quality analyses, dashboards, and decision‑support materials for leadership.
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and issues across cross‑functional partners.
• Coordinate execution across Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance, and other partners.
• Support or lead testing, launch readiness, validation, data reconciliation, or post‑implementation reviews.
• Maintain execution artifacts, documentation, and controls for consistent delivery.
• Craft executive‑ready narratives and visual storytelling to educate and influence leadership.
• Identify execution gaps and propose practical improvements to strengthen outcomes.
• Share best practices and support capability development within the team.
• Collaborate with data platform teams on data requirements and enhancements for scalable reporting.
