Job summary

Truist is seeking a Senior Business Execution Analyst to own complex workstreams for the Enterprise Client Migrations team. You will translate priorities into execution plans, build leadership-ready materials, and drive data‑driven decisions through dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and SQL reporting.

In office 5 days/week, you will coordinate with Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Finance, ensuring robust governance and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in business execution, operations, analytics, program delivery, consulting, or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver complex work with limited oversight.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and synthesis skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured outputs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple functional teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience writing complex SQL queries against large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute complex workstreams or recurring business processes, owning delivery from problem definition and intake through completion.
• Translate business priorities into concrete execution plans, deliverables, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
• Develop high‑quality analyses, dashboards, reporting (Power BI, Tableau), and decision‑support materials for leadership decision‑making and governance forums.
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and issues across cross‑functional partners, driving resolution and escalation as needed.
• Coordinate execution across Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance, and other partners to ensure alignment and follow‑through.
• Support or lead testing, launch readiness, validation, data reconciliation, or post‑implementation review activities for initiatives, enhancements, or process changes.
• Maintain execution artifacts, documentation, and controls that enable consistent delivery and operational rigor.
• Craft compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations for leadership forums.
• Identify execution gaps, operational risks, data quality issues, inefficiencies, and emerging business challenges; develop practical recommendations and drive improvements to strengthen outcomes.
• Serve as a reference for less experienced analysts by sharing best practices and supporting capability development.
• Partner with technology and data platform teams on data requirements and enhancements that support scalable reporting and automation.
• Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to identify, segment and validate client level information based on defined business rules.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on data flows from source system to reporting and maintain formal documentation.
