Truist is seeking a seasoned Finance Transformation/Business Office professional in Atlanta to drive execution of business priorities through structured reporting, communications, and coordination. You will develop materials, manage recurring routines, and align Finance teams with enterprise partners.

The role emphasizes executive-ready analyses, governance improvements, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to enable timely decisions and organizational effectiveness.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or science/academic field required.
• 5–7 years of experience in Finance, business operations, reporting or COO/coordination roles.
• Ability to create executive-ready materials and presentations.
• Experience leading recurring reporting routines and coordinating forums.
• Advanced facilitation and coordination with senior stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to think strategically and act with urgency.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tool skills (PowerBI/Tableau).
• MBA or advanced degree and BI certifications preferred.
