Job summary

Truist seeks a seasoned Finance operations professional to drive execution of business priorities through structured reporting and coordinated routines. You will develop materials, manage recurring processes, and ensure alignment across Finance teams and enterprise partners.

The role requires evaluating complex issues, delivering executive-level analyses, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to improve governance and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance or related field.
• 5–7 years in finance, business ops, or COO/coordinator roles, preferably in financial services.
• Ability to create executive-ready materials and synthesize complex inputs.
• Experience leading recurring reporting routines and cross-functional deliverables.
• Strong facilitation and coordination with senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strategic thinking, and change management.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze finance performance, metrics, and strategic priorities to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop strategic options and action plans for leadership.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives and workstreams across stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance leaders to improve governance and processes.
• Create executive analyses, business cases, and decision-support materials.
• Assess risks and cross-functional impacts on initiatives and mitigate accordingly.
• Improve reporting frameworks and performance measures for better oversight.
• Synthesize information and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
