Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group seeks a Business Development Officer III within the Financial Wellness Solutions organization. Based in a PNC location, you will lead the development and expansion of national broker and consultant partnerships for health and benefit accounts, building strategic relationships with industry influencers to expand market presence and growth.

Qualifications

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Manages effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new client relationships and/or expand existing client relationships.
Engages with management and/or partners to establish and execute the appropriate activities to generate, identify and pursue new opportunities and successfully close the sale.
Leads meetings to educate partners to position the value of Retail capabilities and assess new business opportunities including book of business reviews, responses to RFPs, and maintaining territory lists.
Maintains timely, accurate and complete sales administration tasks as determined by the business. May train, coach and/or mentor new team members.
