PNC is seeking a Business Development Officer III within the Financial Wellness Solutions group to lead broker/consultant partnerships nationwide for health and benefit accounts.

You will build strategic relationships, translate market insights into growth opportunities, and work with internal partners to deliver a scalable referral network and long-term revenue for Financial Wellness Solutions.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Develops and expands national broker and consultant partnerships for health and benefit accounts.
• Liaises with internal teams to position PNC Financial Wellness Solutions as a partner of choice.
• Generates referrals, opportunities, and adds to the sales pipeline.
