Job summary

PNC Financial Wellness Solutions seeks a Business Development Officer III to lead the development and expansion of national broker and consultant partnerships for health and benefit accounts. You will cultivate strategic relationships, align internal resources, and translate market insights into growth opportunities.

The role requires building a scalable national broker network and collaborating with internal teams to position PNC Financial Wellness Solutions as a trusted partner.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in financial wellness or benefits domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates referrals/leads, generates interest and collaborates with partners to close the sale.
• Engages with management and/or partners to establish and execute activities to generate and pursue new opportunities and close the sale.
• Leads meetings to educate partners to position the value of Retail capabilities and assess new business opportunities.
• Maintains timely sales administration tasks and may train or mentor new team members.
