You will identify, develop, and convert new opportunities in ICT and Wire & Cable within P&SP, partnering with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management and Commercial teams to drive growth. Travel up to 50% and deliver growth targets through new customers, applications and market expansion.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.

• Identify, qualify, and develop new customer and application opportunities aligned with growth priorities.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, projects, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify trends and unmet customer needs.
• Partner with TS&D and Product Management to evaluate feasibility and accelerate commercialization of new solutions.
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies to establish Dow products in new applications and accounts.
• Engage decision-makers across customer organizations to build relationships and uncover opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence to guide strategy and innovation priorities.
• Lead opportunity development from prospecting to proposal and launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning for growth projects.
