Dow is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist. The preferred location is Houston, TX, with options for Midland, MI or a US-based virtual office.

You will identify and convert new opportunities in ICT and Wire & Cable segments of Packaging & Specialty Plastics, collaborating with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Commercial teams. You will drive demand, develop value propositions, and accelerate growth by expanding Dow’s market presence through new applications and customer

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience plus 3+ years in a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• No visa sponsorship is available for U.S. based positions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead identification, qualification and development of new opportunities aligned with growth priorities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing to identify trends and unmet needs.
• Collaborate with TS&D and Product Management to evaluate feasibility and trials.
• Develop market penetration strategies for new applications and accounts.
• Engage decision-makers to build relationships and uncover opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence to guide strategy and innovation priorities.
• Lead opportunity development from prospecting to launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful execution.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management and business planning.
