Dow Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Business Development Specialist to identify, develop, and convert new opportunities in ICT and Wire & Cable segments of P&SP. You will work with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Commercial teams to drive growth and create demand.

Preferred location is Houston, TX, with Midland, MI or a US-based virtual office considered. Travel up to 50% may be required as you expand Dow’s market presence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (business/engineering/chemistry/marketing or related fields).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Must be able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, and develop new customer and application opportunities aligned with growth priorities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, projects, and opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing to identify market trends and strategic growth segments.
• Collaborate with Technical Service & Development, Product Management, and Commercial teams to enable trials and commercialization of new solutions.
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies to establish Dow products in new applications and accounts.
• Engage decision-makers to build relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
• Forecast, pipeline management, and business planning for growth projects.
