Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to identify, develop, and convert new opportunities in ICT and Wire & Cable within its Packaging & Specialty Plastics business. The preferred location is Houston, TX, with possible consideration for Midland, MI or US-virtual offices.

You will collaborate with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Commercial teams to create demand, develop value propositions, and accelerate growth in targeted markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent military experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, qualification and development of new customer opportunities aligned with growth priorities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and projects.
• Partner with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management and Commercial teams to identify trends and growth segments.
• Develop market penetration strategies and drive commercialization of new solutions.
