Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist. The preferred location is Houston, TX, with Midland, MI or US-based virtual office options.

You will identify, develop, and convert new opportunities in ICT and Wire & Cable within Dow's Packaging & Specialty Plastics segment, working with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Commercial teams to drive growth and new applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new customer and application opportunities aligned with growth priorities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and new projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify market trends and unmet customer needs.
• Coordinate with TS&D, Product Management, and Commercial teams to accelerate commercialization of new solutions.
• Develop market penetration strategies to establish Dow products in new applications.
